Our Mission
We provide client-centered legal solutions for business leaders and innovators on the South Coast and in the greater Boston area.
Our Values
Intelligent, results-driven strategy
We are known for creative, outside-the-box legal thinking that simplifies and streamlines litigation.
Client-centered services
Every case is different, and every client is different, too. Your goals lead our strategy. We explain the pros and cons of every possible legal approach and make sure you stay informed every step of the way.
Cost-effective solutions
Smart legal strategy doesn’t just lead to better outcomes—it also keeps costs down. We emphasize practical solutions to resolve matters efficiently and successfully.
Areas of Practice
Our civil practice focuses primarily on business law and intellectual property matters. We also have a criminal practice.
We take on a limited number of complex litigation clients who can benefit from a tactical, unconventional approach to litigation, or whose cases present novel questions of law.
Our firm is often hired by other law firms or in-house counsel to consult on difficult cases.
